Our world has changed….

Since Covid-19 first appeared, we all have been doing our best to accommodate and adjust to the new normal. Due to health + safety concerns and Health Unit guidelines, Parkside has made the following changes to our procedures:

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTMENT
• Please wait in your vehicle or outside the spa prior to your scheduled appointment time. A Parkside Spa representative will contact you when your service provider is ready to receive you.
•Bring only what you need for the appointment. Items such as water bottles and purses are permitted, but if you’ve been out shopping the town – we ask that you leave those bags elsewhere.
•We are only accepting guests with scheduled appointments enter the spa + salon. While we love your family and friends, we ask that you arrive alone to your appointment.
•All guests are required to wear their masks to their appointments. If you do not have one, we can provide one for you for a $2 add on.
UPON ARRIVAL:
•We ask that you please use our personal entrance located on Wilson St. to enter the spa + salon
•Clients will be asked a few standardized screening questions upon entrance
•The pool area is no longer available for spa guests. There will be no access to lockers, towels or bath robes.
•We have foregone our beverage service – but allow your own water bottle should you need it.
•Cleaning and sanitizing will take place frequently throughout the day in common areas, treatment rooms and rest rooms.
•If you experience any Covid symptoms, please contact us immediately.

Parkside wants to keep our clients safe! Please be advised that we are unable to reschedule any client who has missed their appointment due to illness (of any variety) for a minimum of 14 days.

Good news – Were officially essential! In compliance with the Government of Ontario Vaccine Passport guidelinesPark side Spa + Salon has not been mandated to participate in the vaccine passport order along with other essential servicesThis applies to all services including spa, salon + massage. .
