Deluxe Pedicure

• Rejuvenating and nurturing service that includes proper maintenance of nails and cuticles, a customized exfoliation, soak in a warm footbath; then a personalized masque with a warm paraffin is applied, a therapeutic foot massage and finally a polish of choice or a buff and shine.

Reflexology (30 mins)

• Reflexology – is an ancient natural therapy acknowledged to promote the body’s own healing ability. It is based on the premise that every meridian point in our foot reflects specific organs and glands in the body. Specific thumb, finger and hand techniques stimulate nerves in the body thereby promoting healing. By means of this overall relaxation is promoted as well as pain reduction and revitalization.

Stress Fix Pedicure

• This pedicure uses Aveda’s Stress Fix line of body care which is aroma infused with French lavender, lavandin, and clary sage from organic farms traceable from soil to bottle. This pedicure will take you into a state of pure relaxation. Our Spa therapists will care for your feet from the nails to the heels. A rhythmic massage will be performed followed by a warm paraffin treatment.

Rose Mud Pedicure

• This pedicure uses natural, sun-dried rose clay extracted from France to accelerate cell renewal and provide deep moisture. Includes all nail maintenance, an exfoliating scrub, and a relaxing hot stone massage. Lotion application is provided, as well as colour of your choice.

Aqua Body Polish –

The Aveda Aroma Body Polish Treatment is an exfoliating body treatment featuring customized Aveda body care products. The treatment includes a salt exfoliation along with a hydration lotion application using effleurage techniques. Your skin is left feeling smooth and nourished.

Rosemary Mint Wrap

Renew body and mind with this stimulating and nurturing dry wrap. Your body is exfoliated, smoothed, softened and wrapped. Essences of rosemary and peppermint will awaken your senses while a scalp and foot massage balances the whole body.

Aroma Detox Body Wrap

A warming, detoxifying body wrap treatment customized with Aveda body care products and aromas. The treatment includes a full body salt exfoliation infused with your chosen aroma and oil, the body is wrapped in warm towels to allow the detoxification to take place. You will enjoy a scalp and face massage, along with foot reflexology techniques. A warm shower will wash away the remaining salts, followed by an application of hydration lotion using effleurage techniques will complete the experience.

Antima Treatment 

Meaning “ultimate” in Sanskrit, Parkside’s new Antima service is a two-hour slice of heaven! Beginning with a relaxing foot soak + scrub – this therapeutic and customizable treatment utilizes traditional Swedish approach for the whole body including back, arms, neck, scalp and feet. Moving from body to face, the 75 minute facial portion is designed to invigorate your senses with aroma and deliver techniques designed to create balance for the skin. A deep cleanse, exfoliation eye zone treatment and gelee mask will leave the skin brighter, tighter and moisturized. Thai Massage (75 min)

• Thai massage is a little like doing yoga without any effort because the therapist will push your body into various positions without any work on your part. Thai massage is done with all your clothes on. Not the best choice for first-time spa-goers. The therapist literally uses his or her whole body, including her feet, to move your body into various positions during Thai massage.

Myolifting Facial Massage 60mins
